• Virtual Assistant – A smartly designed desk top application, Virtual Assistant removes the complexity involved in the more complicated of telephone tasks. Designed to enhance productivity, as well as accessibility, Virtual Assistant offers a broad range of solutions.
• Silent Message – A better way of notifying the user that a second call is on the line. Silent message provides the essential information, allowing the user to smoothly handle the call.
• Call Recorder – No need for a voice mail system with call recorder, because this application instantly records voice mail, as well as conversations.
• Preview Dialer – A fine example of integration, Preview Dialer is an Interra software application that brings together Caller ID, the user’s Computer Telephony System and the user’s Personal Information Management system, such as GoldMine and ACT.
