At DataVox, the Business Development and Sales teams are closely partnered, allowing them to provide our clients with the accurate information they need to select the system that will provide the maximum benefits possible. In order to demonstrate a product offered by DataVox, a sales team member is required to demonstrate mastery of that product via certification in its use. Our Sales team members are free to devote their time to working with clients to meet the individual needs of their businesses because it is the Business Development team that is responsible for managing leads and setting appointments for the Sales team. DataVox has a vision that expands beyond simply providing hardware, we are dedicated to devising customized solutions to business needs.
Part of our quality customer care is provided by a specialized segment of our staff, our Client Relations team. Our Client Relations team is an essential part of our efforts to ensure customer satisfaction via communication with our clients. We want to know what our customers need and want, and seek to offer the best customer care experience we can, welcoming client input on how we can do that better.
We form our installation teams with the concept of quality customer care in mind. Each installation team features both a Project Manager, who is responsible for the success of the entire installation project, leading both a Project Coordinator and an Installation Coordinator. The Project Coordinator trains new system users, as well as handles the programming of system features. The Installation Coordinator is responsible for handling the details of the installation and managing the team of certified technicians that actually performs the installation. With this unified team approach, DataVox ensures a high quality of customer service with each and every system installation.
Customer service has always been an essential part of the DatVox foundation of success. We divide our Customer Service Department into two primary sections, one dealing specifically with handling current service issues and the other, the Adds, Moves and Changes team, which manages the changes necessary to support relocation, expansion, and system upgrades. Our aim is always to resolve customer issues and meet client needs quickly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and success for all of us.
